Ours is an open and inclusive church, where worshippers new and old can celebrate God’s love amongst friends.
All services are now being held in our beautiful church.
Sundays at 8am
A Communion service from the New Zealand Prayer Book, with hymns led from the organ.
Sundays at 10am
Choral Communion service from the New Zealand Prayer Book, with congregational hymns led by our organist and Choir.
Tuesdays at 12.10 pm
Contemporary Communion service in the Celtic style with Taizé chants.
Thursdays at 11 am
Traditional Communion service from the 1662 Book of Common Prayer.
First Sunday of each month at 5 pm
Evensong service -- traditional service of music and prayer with the St Mary's Choir.
We also host a variety of special services throughout the year, including the Battle of Britain service, the South Canterbury Seafarers' service, and the Blessing of the Animals.
